burning like matchsticks in the face of the darkness

I've been reminding myself to remember for the past 4 or 5 days. When i e-mailed her today her response was:

aawww -- you remember :)
already it's a bit brighter!

I'm such a good daughter.

We're due for a Buffy birthday, incidentally. Her birthday gets later as the years go by. Looking at the episode lists on buffyguide.com (yes, i am so killing time before my first class of the semester) her Season 2 birthday aired January 19, but her Season 6 birthday aired February 12.
